None / no belt

Shoulder-Stance Back Squat:
345, 3 x 4 (3 sets of 4 reps)
385 x 1

Rippetoe-Style Standing Overhead Press:
225, 3 x 3
245 x 1

Conventional Deadlift:
424 x 3

Almost got a 4th, but it died at lockout. Still, decent for having deadlifted heavy(er) on Monday.
