Stability Bench

Stability Bench (weight=weight of dumbbell on each side)

25x1x8
35x2x6
45x4x5

Banded Bench - double banded, thin black bands

95x1x10
115x2x6
125x2x5
135x4x5

Narrow Grip Bench (with parallel handles)

135x1x8
155x3x6

Finished off with banded abs on glute-ham and hanging leg raises.

This is the first time I've done stability bench. I definitely need to do more of it, as I feel like I'm not as stable as I should be, especially with heavier weight.

I <3<3<3 stability bench. (This is the one where you suspend dumbbells from the bar, right?)

Which bands did you use to suspend them?

yeahhh. i used the greens. i imagine using the purples would make it even tougher? ...but i didnt want to risk damaging them. he only has like 3 purple bands but like 10 green ones, so yeah.
