CARDIO/FLEXIBILITY

Bike for 30 mins, 130-145 bpm.
Flexibility routine.

I'm going 220, for all the reasons before and encouragement from lots of people. I want to weigh 215 or so. I haven't decided if I'll shoot for 221, that would be fun.

By the way, my path to class I as a 220 is 450/280/550 (raw obvi). I expect this to happen at the meet after the Nov meet ... I don't think I will attempt 450 or 550 at this meet, 280 is more reasonable. (Maybe 445/290/545 but that doesn't change things much.)

When is the meet after the November meet? I need to know how long I have before I have to beat you.

Also, I'm going to be doing some more pressing. Prepare to cry when my bench passes yours.

(1) Not really sure...the only local one I saw when doing my limited searching was in May. I'd rather have one earlier.

(2) Be prepared for when my squat and deadlift out total yours by 200+ pounds.

They probably already do... I doubt I can even deadlift 400 anymore.
