SE Upper Body

Speed Bench (Close-grip):
200 + 70 lbs chain, 6 x 3 (6 sets of 3 reps)

Rippetoe-Style Standing Overhead Press:
200, 3 x 4

Chin-ups:
Bodyweight + 20 lbs, 3 x 4

NOTE: volume reduced to 60-75% until contest to account for catabolism => reduced recovery.
