I'm sorry I didn't get a video of this, it was pretty sick (415 x 5). Looks like you still have room to go up in weight immediately, but definitely not right after that 415 set.
Yea that set was pretty taxing. I was dead for those rack pulls. 500+ here I come.
Woulda gotten 455x5 if you had the velt.
