Squats

We got a Forza Bench and a competition platform in the gym today along with 1400lbs in Ivanko kilo plates. It's all pretty sweet.

Squats:
358 X 5 (Inzer Max DL 32 straps down)
391 X 1 (straps down)
418 X 1 (straps up)

Below Parallel Box Squats:
170 X 2 (2 sets)
181 X 2 (2 sets)
198 X 2 (4 sets)

Pause Squats (5 sec count):
269 X 3
269 X 3
308 X 2

424 is what you hit at the mini-meet right? And you did it without a week's rest?? You're a beast. 450+ for sure next meet. (500++ if you stop squatting in a deadlift suit ;) )

Yeah, that's what I hit at the mini- meet. I also hit this 424 without knee wraps so 450 should be doable. I'm probably gonna buy the NXG Super+ Centurion after this meet.
