SHEIKO #9


Back to the gym after vacation at Mammoth. Worked out with Jake just like old times. Unfortunately this workout and yesterdays gave me a big relapse and I feel like death.

Bench 145x4 (50), 170x4 (60), 200x3x2 (70), 230x3x3 (80)

Squat 225x5 (50), 260x5 (60), 305x5 (70), 325x4x4 (75)

Bench 155x5 (55), 185x6x2 (65), 200x4x5 (70)

Flies 27.5x10x5
