Back to the gym after vacation at Mammoth. Worked out with Jake just like old times. Unfortunately this workout and yesterdays gave me a big relapse and I feel like death.

• Bench 155x5 (55), 185x6x2 (65), 200x4x5 (70)
• Flies 27.5x10x5
• Good mornings 175x5x5
