Not a bad day today. Power cleans above the knee that heavy were really hard but I got all of them. Lunges were supposed to be 4 sets but i was so sore from the 105/107 lunges I did a couple days ago I could barely do any lunges at all. I'm excited for all the pressing in the preparatory period. I finally get to gain a little upper body strength.
