It was all Nathan's thing too. I think it took around 80 minutes, but we also had 7 guys in the rotation, so the pace was pretty brisk.
Greg's form got better as the sets went on too (as did other's) by steady improvements for each set. I do like Sheiko's principle of doing a lot of the big three lifts to emphasize technique.

I like it, but how did you come up with that routine? Also, how long did it take?
It's all the squats from one day of my sheiko program done in a row. Dave wanted to work on technique. (Everyone feel free to correct me.)
