CARDIO


I've been sick the past few days. This normally would be a Sheiko day, but I decided I could use another day to get closer to 100%. I was winded just walking up hills, so I think I was right.

Cardio - walking ~40 mins

Training when sick is a great way to get maximum gains. Plus you can train the sickness away by giving yourself a fever from all the excess heat generated during the workout. Trust me, it works.

Actually, I was getting over my cold and then I worked out hard 2 days in a row and got a really bad sinus infection. That's what tends to happen to me when I work out sick.
