Shoulder-Stance Back Squat:
350 x 5 (+5 PR)

Dave got all scared spotting me on this. Pfffft

Medium-Grip Bench Press:
300 x 5 (+5 PR)

Stiff-Leg DL's:
305 x 8 (+40 PR)

Regular plates on the SLDLs

You weren't using any of the safety pins, and I wasn't warmed up to squat 350 + you (another 350) in case you failed. <3
