A friend of mine was shadowing me for the workout, and he wanted to do some (more) triceps, so I did high volume at the end
Parallel Grip Skullcrushers:
Someone got a new parallel grip bar for Wooden over break. The grip is nice and sharp still. (Assume it weighs 20lbs?)
