Bench Press:
Used Stevie's new 44 RageX. They just had me throw the shirt on so the arms were tight (took no more than 5 minutes) and they barely pulled the bottom down at all. I think he did this so the shirt would be a bit looser so I could touch easier?
275 X 3 (Just to feel the shirt. Didn't touch.)
295 X 2 (didn't touch)
315 X 1 (2 inches off chest)
325 X 1 (off a 1 board)
340 X 1 (Off chest with a short pause. I wasn't even thinking about pausing it but the guys said that I paused it. Probably just out of habit because I was wearing a shirt. However, I did raise my head and there was some uneven extension. But I locked it and it felt pretty good. This was the first time I actually had to concentrate on tucking and it felt weird at first but I got a little more used to it as I did more sets.)
Incline Dumbbell Press:
70s X 8
75s X 8
80s X 8
85s X 8
85s X 8
Floor Press:
185 X 5
185 + 50lbs chains X 5
205 + 50lbs chains X 5
205 + 50lbs chains X 5
Bunch of tricep stuff
