Worked up to 250 x 3, 275 x 3, 265 x 2 (tried some stuff out, didn't work)
Squats are still low; it's as if my squat mysteriously went down 20 lbs since maxing out a few weeks ago...God dammit
Pause Squat

Again, far below what I should be doing

Timing really off today.
135-165 x lots of triples
KettleBell Swings

What were you hitting for triples before? Also, has your sticking point changed?

The first week of powerlifting, the day I switched to low bar I did a fairly easy 275 x 3 beltless.
My sticking point seems be the same, so far as I can tell - slightly above parallel.
Then later 285, again beltless.
At the moment I think I'd be lucky to get a single at 285, belted.
