I think we should also stop deadlifting altogether and do dynamic effort barbell curls in the power rack. Resisted with greens, but assisted with purples.
This is a possibility, I need to see how it works in my programming, I think I'll be adding donkey calf Raises as an Accessory that day.. but I think resisted with greens is a great idea.
