----> FOR THIS TRAINING CYCLE, I AM ALSO GOING TO DO ALL MY BENCH SETS TOUCH & GO, BUT WHILE STILL CONTROLLING THE WEIGHT VERY WELL ON THE DESCENT TO ENSURE I KEEP TIGHT AND CAN UTILIZE LAT DRIVE.
