Last night was a long night, so there was zero chance of me waking up early enough for the noon workout. No great stories from the night, except me getting put in the "friend zone" for my 4th time this school year, a clear PR.

I missed the "friend zone" thing on the first read. That's not a PR, it's bombing out.
Scott, bombing out is only acceptable if you are going equipped. Hit your openers next time. Use nose tork if need be.
Make sure to warm up before the attempt too. Bring a foam roller just in case.
