Only Scott and I were there for the 9:00 session. Not necessarily a problem on upper back days -- we finished in 50 min.

145 x 6 x 4 (6 reps, 4 sets)
Band-Resisted Shrugs
315 x 6 x 4
BW Close-Grip Pull Ups
Hammer Curls
Abs
