2/2 Training

Seated Calf: 145x10
Squat: 265x10 PR
V-Squat: 240x20
SLDL: 200x15

Moar Pr's in the Squat. Hopefully I can get to repping 315 by the end of the quarter. Also, the leg curls were irritating my left knee, so I went with the stiff-legs today.

It says that the starting weight is 54lbs, but I ignore that crap in writing down the weights I use.
