So earlier in the day I was watching Konstantin Konstantinov training clips and I got motivated to deadlift and told myself that I need to hit a PR.

The PR's were basically all back and no legs.
I really need to strengthen my legs or fix my form or probably both.

I need to do the same, Vit, but as I learned today it's more about knowing how to use your legs, hips, and glutes while deadlifting.
