Holy bejeezus are my calves sore. I think I'll have to go wide-stance or something on Friday, I need to both let my calves have a rest and get the heavy weight on my back.

Dumbbell Bench Press:
135s x 6/4/6/5
Pretty good for benching heavy yesterday.
Front Squat:
275 x 1 (rough)
Shoulder-Stance Back Squat:
225 x 10/10
I like the higher rep sets on this day.
