Missed squats and deads this week, but didn't want to do too much so I would be ready to squat on Monday.

Good Mornings
135 x 5
185 x 3 x5
Glute ham raise
BW x 15
BW+25 x 3 x 10
Abs
3 sets of sit ups on the glute ham raise
