BE Lifting

BE = Blah Effort

So tired. I spent all of Sunday on the couch. I want to spend the entire week on the couch.

Gear:
None / no belt

Shoulder-Stance Back Squat:
325 x 5 (bleh, hard)
225 x 8/8/8

Medium-Grip Bench Press:
285 x 4
225 x 8/8/8

Snore, going to bed.
