Not really sure how I feel about this. Weight down ~5 lbs after one day of dieting...
• Squat 225x3 (50), 260x3x2 (60), 305x3x2 (70), 325x2x4 (75)
• Bench 145x3 (50), 170x3 (60), 185x3 (65), 215x3x6 (75)
Was supposed to do 55x3, 65x3x2 but I wasn't paying attention. I need to stop being a dumbass with my weights and # of sets.
• Dumbell bench (hands in) 50x10x5
• Good mornings 185x5x5
