Time: 1:15. Weight: 209.

  Not really sure how I feel about this. Weight down ~5 lbs after one day of dieting...

Squat 225x3 (50), 260x3x2 (60), 305x3x2 (70), 325x2x4 (75)

Bench 145x3 (50), 170x3 (60), 185x3 (65), 215x3x6 (75)

Was supposed to do 55x3, 65x3x2 but I wasn't paying attention. I need to stop being a dumbass with my weights and # of sets.

Dumbell bench (hands in) 50x10x5
