still too sore from running

I need to get back into shape. Walking up the hill on bwalk to the dorms makes me tired.

Clay couch to 5k is meant for people who have never exercised before in their life. You could probably do at least a straight 3k right now.

I know its for people that never have run, but thats basically where I'm at Darvin.
Also, I'm doing it to help me last longer during workouts. I feel like I get so tired because my heart is pounding so hard.

I do have to admit, cross country running is a form of gpp that has been used with weightlifters before. Anything can be decent gpp as long as you don't get carried away.
