Deadlift

Played full court basketball for 2 hours yesterday and it's been a long time so my legs and core were sore as hell today.

Deadlift
405 x 1 -the bar stalled at the very top but I eventually locked it out
295 x 3 x 3

Glute ham raise
BW x 4 x 12
