Probably should have started with 130. Needed chalk badly on these, or I would've continued.
Close-grip Pull Downs:
stack x 8, 4 sets
Wide-grip Pull Ups:
These were hard after all that backwork

Incline Curls:
35 x 10
40 x 10
45 x 8, 7
