Shrug "Machine":
4 Plates and a 1/4 on each side x 8 for 4 sets
Lat Pulldown:
220 x 5 for 4 sets
Machine Shoulder Press:
4 set of 8
Hammer Curls:
50s x 8 for 3 sets
