Squat:
275x3, 3, 3

Glute Thrust:
245x5, 5, 5

Seated Calf:
165x5, 5, 5

Sled Drags:
a few culminating with 6 plates + Darvin + 90lb DB (~530lbs)

Squatting is feeling way harder than it should. I need to get my eating in order if I want to make good gains.
