190 x 1 - This rep was really slow. I stalled at my usual sticking point about 3-4 inches off the chest but somehow I got it up.
Deadlift
I was really tired by this time so I wasn't expecting much.

385 x fail - not even close, failed at the shins.
I probably could've stuck with my numbers from before but now at least I'm sure that they're the right maxes: 250 squat, 190 bench, 370 deadlift

Good stuff. If you don't feel too drained, I'd say do the last week of the conditioning week on Friday and then jump into week #1 next week. If you feel beat up from this, then you can put it off another week ... but right now, your week off fits pretty well so I'd rather you didn't.
Ya I'll just finish up the 3rd workout of the conditioning week tomorrow.
