(belt on)- new 13mm power belt arrived last week; core feels more stable with this as opposed to the bodybuilding belt that i've been using

Gym was closing in 5 minutes so I rushed the rest:
Back raises
BW+25 x 12, 10, 10, 10

supersetted w/ Side bends
45 x 10, 10, 10, 10 each side
