On vacation, did a workout in the hotel gym.
4x10 bench machine
4x10 incline machine
4x10 military machine
25, 30, 35, 40 x 10 on one arm tricep extensions.
Still very sore from Wednesday. Taking 1.5 weeks off will do that, but I was not expected the intensity of the soreness. Focused on high reps due to lack of weight and wrist-wraps. Tricep extensions did not bother my right elbow, which has improved.

I talked to your boy, Ed Kinsey, at USPF Nationals. He wanted to relay a message to you that he squatted a 661. Your deadlift still trumps his though (he pulled a 551 at Nats). I think with some work in that Katana, you will have him AND bob benedix beat come fitexpo 2010 (and I actually know how to wrap kness this time!)
661?! Looks like I have a lot of work to do. His bench is the killer though. I think he got 440 something at the American Cup.
