These were "real" cleans...I've been working on them to get form down the last few weeks. I'm finally starting to understand how to really get down under the weight and "catch" it on the shoulders. Also, my flexibility is getting way better so I can get all the way down and still keep my back straight. Next week I will be working a full clean and jerk. Hopefully I don't hurt myself, someone on the leg press, or break a mirror.
Cleans are fun. And I think I want to do an olympic lifting competition sometime in the future..
