Today the Z-center was closed, so a lot of the lifting crew showed up at TPS. This was good because I got to get advice from Rene, who has seen me squat basically since I came to MIT.

Rene basically said that my form was all over the place, which is what it has felt like since I started this cycle. I was supposedly leaning very far forward and falling into a good morning at the bottom. My last 3 sets were belted and the last one apparently looked the best. This was the one that I sat back without crashing -- the 'new form' I was going for. So I'm going to stick with this and belt it for the rest of the cycle and hope for the best.

I know I did cardio and flexibility stuff today, but I honestly don't remember what happened.
