Weight: 219 (morning). Time: 1:00. This is the most I've weighed in the morning in a long time. I'm getting fat. Hooray. Feeling really beat up. Upper back very sore from yesterday.
• A: Foam roll lower back
• A: Dumbell pullovers 40x10x3 + 15 lb stretch each hand
To stretch back/tricep area.
• A: Dislocates with mini band
• Cardio - walking 15 mins @ 4.5 mph
Extra light cardio since I feel really beat up.
• Stretching - gastroc, adductors on leg press, hamstrings, seated groin, hip flexors, IT band
Everything is so sore that stretching is intensely uncomfortable -- the way it is when you haven't stretched in months. It really sucked.
