I only did the squat workout last week (skipped bench, deadlift and bench assist) in hopes of giving my shoulder some rest. Today, my shoulder definitely felt aggravated from last night's squats. However, I realized after the bench workout that benching doesn't even make my shoulder act up that much...it felt no worse than earlier today, maybe even better. Must go see a doctor :-/
