Pretty solid deadlift. Definitely Kyle speed too. Maybe throw in some banded deadlifts in your off weeks?
Thanks Dave! I figured that I'd just do some light(er) DL's next week and work on getting that speed while giving my back a little break.
1100 raw at the meet?
That's the goal Vit. 352/275/474 @ 242.
