Interval Training/GPP
10 high box jumps
6 Burpees with 5kg medicine ball
12 slams with 5kg medicine ball
Rest for 1min & 15 sec, repeat 6 times.
Warmed up and cooled down on tredmill before and after. Workout lasted 22 minutes and I was tired as mofo.
I'll be doing this on Wednesdays and Fridays. I started doing this last week.
