Pause Squats
1x3 at 155 lbs
1x2 at 185 lbs (loaded the bar to the wrong weight)
1x3 at 165 lbs
Band-Lightened Squats
1x5 at 95 lbs
1x5 at 135 lbs
3x5 at 225 lbs
