Poll: Team rugby practices start next week.
Our first game is the first weekend of Sept.
Would practicing T/Th (except for the week of the Aug 22nd meet)
be a good or bad idea?

Depends what you think is most important. I don't think practicing rugby 2x/week will hurt your training all that much, but if you get hurt it will, obviously. But since you're a rugby player primarily I'd say practice rugby anyway. You'll still probbaly do well at the competition.
Thanks Jake. I think I'll do fine, as long as I do take the week of the meet to rest. Since I've only been doing minimal cardio this summer and this season is important for us to win the league, I really need to make practice.
