I had to stop myself from doing more weight. I felt that good. I was tempted to do 5 on each set, but I knew it would wreck my back for where I am right now, so I just kept it all good in the good.
Standing (i.e. normal) Barbell Press:
135x3x6
145x5
155x5
Woot, going back up. Shoulders feel pretty good. Standing just feels so much better than seated. *COUGH COUGH COUGH*
Chins (bodyweight):
7, 6, 5
Fuck yeah, fat town! But even this is a vast improvement from before, considering I am doing them with NO upward moment. I could probably bump out a set of 12 if I threw that kip back in there.
