I belatedly realized that I hadn't done an upper back workout in 1.5 months. So my upper back was pretty sore today, which made squatting *awesome*.
• Squat 215x4 (50%), 255x4 (60%), 300x3x2 (70%), 340x2x4 (80%)

• Bench 140x3 (50%), 170x3 (60%), 195x3 (70%), 225x2x4 (80%)
• Flies 30x10x5
• Dips BW+25x8x5
• Squat 235x3 (55%), 275x3 (65%), 320x3x3 (75%)
