Worked out today. Everything felt fine. My back is at least 90% now.
Powerclean + jerk 90/1+2 (this is the weight that floored me Tuesday. It was easy today)
Snatch 77/2 x 2 80/1 x 2
Back squat 85/3 120/3 x 3
