Squats

Squat: 205x5, 5, 5
225x1, 1, 1 (form work)

Box Squat (parallel w/ Blues): 95x4, 4, 4, 4

6 sec Pause Squat: 135x1
225x1, 1, 1

My belt came today. It's green and awesome.

With the squats today I worked on keeping my chest up and using my glutes and hams more (instead of low back and quads).
