HIGH PULLS!?!?!?! WTFOMG

Nice work Brent! Try alternating the high pulls with:
- Shrugs
- Power Clean

That should make your traps stand out to your ears.

Heard you're making the move up to the 242s. You're gonna look like a tank. Does this mean that you're going to have to buy new gear or you just gonna go RAW?
