12-8

So my coach called and sorta kicked me out of the gym (he lets me lift for free in his gym and I was taking up space he needed) so I lifted at the ARC today. It's really not a big deal and he charges his actual clients a lot while I lift for free. I'll be rearranging my schedule to lift at UCI until he gives me a schedule of when I can lift with him. Sometimes I hate weightlifting. Anyway, here's today:

Clean pull 125/2 x 2
Close grip OH support 125, 135, 142, 150 All held for 5 seconds
150 (330) is really heavy to hold overhead. I never really realized.
Back squat 163.6 (360) 4 x 4
