Well, with the holiday schedule coming up and me feeling fine I decided to just go to the next cycle.
Gear:
None / no belt
Shoulder-Stance Back Squat:
365, 3 x 2 (3 sets of 2 reps)
385 x 1
Medium-grip Bench Press:
285, 3 x 5 (3 sets of 5 reps)
Easy
Stiff-leg DLs w/ Quarter Plates:
This obviously increases the ROM => harder and such
245, 3 x 8
My back feels great now. Weak point fo sho.

Stiff-legs usually kill my hamstrings more than anything. Did the lower ROM add more lower back? The streets want to know. Also me. We'll have to try these on Thursday
Err, read this.
I did, and I don't agree with parts of it. I would think that the increased ROM would make it harder on the hamstrings since they are being stretched the most. That's why I was asking how you felt.
