ME EATING

Today was my big group dinner.

- Bread x 3 slices
- Roasted pear/bacon/blue cheese appetizer (I know, wtf?) x 1
- Beef tenderloin w/ garlic mashed potatoes x 1
- Apple pudding w/ cinnamon ice cream x 1

I opted out of beer/wine because I'm hitting openers tomorrow.

This wasn't so much actually, just kinda expensive. But if you want to eat a shit load I seriously think that drinking a ton of water is a great place to start. It stretches your stomach (literally). Then just get in the habit of eating all the time, even when you aren't hungry. Your appetite will grow to match what you are eating, but it takes a while.

By the way Steve, if you're going raw, what are your openers? I'm afraid that you will out total me. That would make me sad.

Not sure. Still have to feel around with my deadlift. Probably going to be something like this.
315 bench
380 squat
440 dl

Maybe more on the squat. Hope to have a better idea by the weekend.
