Was pretty stiff today, and my shoulders were incredibly tired. Need to stretch a bit more aggressively after workouts. I think I'm going to up the rep range to 5-6 on my volume, just so it gets done quicker. I have little energy most of the time after I hit my heavy singles on bench and squat. Plus a little extra incentive for muscles to grow would be nice.

When do you do deadlifts Kyle?
Hmmmm, the November meet is like around the 7th or 8th right? A couple times before then.
Getting my Squat up in the 375-400 range and Rows in the 250+ range should enable me to pull PRs at the meet.
I think Rieber dining hall reopening will enable you to pull PRs
Kyle, these aren't heavy singles. You are too (about 10 to 12 times) strong to call these heavy singles.
