TANAKA in the KATANA

Wanted to hit something heavy off a 1 board in my KATANA. Shirt is pretty tight right now so we didn't pull it down much or belt it, just put the sleeves on and swam it a bit.

Bench:
275 X 1 (shirt seater)
315 X 1 (3 board)
340 X 1 (2 board)
365 X 1 (1 board)
I nicked the rack on my way up on the 365 but locked it out nice and strong. Speed wasn't bad either.

Floor Press:
245 X 3
275 X 3
245 X 7

Dumbbell Press:
Tucked my elbows in on these so the dumbbells were diagonal when I brought them down rather than being straight like bodybuilder style.
75s X 10
85s X 10
90s X 10
